For residents of Westborough, as part of Kindness Week, please join us for a beautiful afternoon immersed in the feeling of gratitude.
Experience a guided meditation with Happiness Coach, Robin Thomas.
Then go deeper with journal writing and a take-home art project led by Founder/Art Therapy Teacher Carol Denise Ward.
This event is designed to help you clear your mind of holiday stress and embrace the true meaning of Thanksgiving:
